Dariusz Niedźwiedzki (1962), MA Economics (1986), MA Sociology (1988), PhD Sociology (1996), is an assistant professor at the Institute of European Studies at Jagiellonian University, where he teaches on social and cultural aspects of European integration, social changes and social conflicts in Europe. He is also the editor-in-chief of European Forum edited by the Institute of European Studies. He is interested in social changes, ethnic conflicts and problems of migration within the context of European integration.
